Did the AHRS component of stratux ever get fixed for foreflight?
I believe the answer is no. It works but is jerky, so I don't trust it. You can open it in a web browser and it works well. ( I have a crewdog device)
There is a patch to fix it for foreflight. Don’t ask me how to do it. A buddy bought a crewdog stratux and had the same issue. He got it fixed somehow.
The patch is here.........http://updates.stratux.me/builds/dangerzone/
Download the patch and get it on your iPad. Open the Stratux web app and go to tools page (last page) and down where it says reboot and shutdown you should see an update button. Tap on that and select the file. You can google updating software and find a much better explanation.
BTW, this upgrade changes the IP address to 10.26.36.1 (I think) and Foreflight will show Stratus
Is the AHRS jerky?
Not after applying the patch. Behavior in foreflight is the same as what you see now on the device management webpage.
