Stop That Baggage Dude

US Air flight held all day at Philly when a baggage handler was questioned about his security clearance (wasn't wearing a badge). There were 3 baggage handlers working but only 2 wearing badges. The 2 wearing badges questioned the other dude (whom they didn't recognize), and then watched him as he jumped on a baggage tractor and drove away. So far nobody has found out who he is.
