Please don't tell me to visit the 'shortwingpiper' website. I've been there, they don't have any info in the public domain.

A. I know it's not an STC, because the airframe is the same on both.
B. Wag Aero has no kits.

If anyone has done it, or knows who does it, please advise.

It's done on a field approval. move the mains forward, and add the T/W. the parts are all piper, and the F/A is usually based upon other aircraft that has been completed. Your cover letter should read convert the PA 22- to a PA 20.

I converted a PA22 to a PA20 many years ago using the Univair STC.

Also, here is a list of all the STC's for the PA22:

Univar owns a bunch of STCs, call them to see if they support this one.

they also now own Atlee Dodge products/mods for the J-3/PA-18 series.
