Well it's mid-September and I should be doing something useful so will get started on replacing the hail damaged siding next week. The vinyl siding with the "lifetime" warranty reached it's lifetime. Replacing it with composite for a little bit more impact resistance. Sorta trading toughness for a bit more maintenance.

Anyway, ordered material today for delivery next week. It's sort of an expensive way to buy sawdust and glue. Oh well. This is the first time I've done house wrap so that adds a step in my planing. Also first time I've worked on pump jacks which has to be much more comfortable than working on ladders...and I haven't used a nailer since summer jobs during college.

I'm going to be optimistic and say that 6PC's happy homeowner adventures will still put me to shame...though the trim and flashing requirements with the composite are a little funky...
