Dying laughing here. "...the aircraft's whale induced attitude...".

Look out John and Martha. This stuff's actually entertaining! ;)

It is amazing how you can learn with alittle adult Sesame Street like graphics and humor.

My teacher [I take a ground class at a college] has us watch these every week and I love them. The one on lift is hilarious. Actually, they're all pretty entertaining. And accurate. Say what you will about the sesame street like graphics-- but I like it. Then again I find the most entertainment in shows like futurama and south park... :D

His name's not Stewart Stoll is it? I got the link from a CFI who was going to "share with his class" on Monday.

Would be fun if it was one of those "small world" things.

This is actually pretty good!
I'm going to "teach" that very lesson (stability and such) on Monday. I do use humor on my lessons but quoting Hitchhiker's as a reason for disturbance is well above me.

Speaking of South-Park - the CFI that I'm "teaching" quoted a certain towel when student failed to turn crosswind after 500ft AGL.

"I'm so high right now, I don't know whats going on".

The 3 of us started laughing.

Bottom line - student got it, didn't repeat error, all are smiling. I call it good critique.

Did he do the voice too? That's hilarious.

The Mr. Mackey character is based off of a real-life school counselor who's the dad of one of my wife's high-school friends.

I almost hope I never get a chance to meet him, because I will be trying really hard not to crack a smile every time he talks... mmm-kay?

Mmm-Kay. :)

He did. And he NAILED it.

Mmm-Kay. Can't blame you.

I'd be curious to find out if he really does the song about words..."just say mmm-kay"

The video is even funnier in the living room on the HDTV via AppleTV...

The most important thing is to never forget to bring a towel...

That was fantastic. I'm going to watch the others. Thanks for sharing!

I am posting so I remember to watch later. Should be fun. Going to an EAA meeting tonight (and gonna finally join that chapter!) so after that perhaps.
