St Louis Downtown (KCPS)

I am flying to St Louis the first weekend of October and am planning to use the St Louis Downtown airport (KCPS). Anyone have any experience with this airport? I searched through the forums and couldn't find anything recent.

I heard a rumor there is a public tie-down area, but I couldn't find anything on the airports website. It looks like my only choices are Ideal Aviation or Jet Aviation. For a 172, Ideal looks like the FBO to use.

Any local information or advice is appreciated.

Flew there a couple months ago. Ideal was good to me in a Cessna 140. Tie down fee was waived with fuel. Easy to get to the city as well.
