My son's birthday is next weekend and we have changed our plans for his gift. He's more excited about my PPL than I am, so we are looking to get him a custom headset (needed to get headsets for the whole crew, anyways, this one will just be extra special). I've read good things about their headsets and especially the customer service. But does anyone have any experience with their turnaround times?

Shane should be along soon to answer directly, but I'll say they are very customer service oriented.
 
no idea, but I'd say you just set yourself up for some pretty good turnaround time :)
 
Hey guys, thanks very much for the heads up! I've been out all day watching airplanes try and land on a spot landing line made out of 6 boxes of baby powder! :)

Frogs, I'm currently running over 30 days backorder right now (The storms put me way behind!). Having said that, I'm about to start laying out graphics on a very large batch on Monday so, depending on what designs you're looking at for your headsets, if you get your order in by Monday morning and I'm running that particular design, I will put it in with this batch. That should cut the time for you.

Let me know if you need anything else. Paul and I are on PoA pretty regularly, or you can just hit the chat bar on our website.

Hey Shane since that drawing in Philly was obviously rigged (it's obvious because I didn't win) how would I go about seeing how your headsets fit my head?

What I've been looking for ANR with gel seals.

You'll have to talk to Zucker about that. I think I saw them making a money exchange behind the bbq pit, and there may have been a leather briefcase involved... I'm just sayin. hehe :wink2:

Brotha, I have zero demos right now. You would have to find a Pilot Shop nearby that has them. Several pilot shops just order them under a purchaser and not the FBO/shop, so I have no idea who would have one near you.
Or you can fly to Peachtree, GA and Aircraft Spruce carries some of our headsets in inventory.
Edit: Wait, doesn't the winner of the raffle, Jeff, do Angel Flights out of that area? Borrow his and try it out!

Otherwise, you have to wait in this stupid line I've created for now. Sorry man.
