Hey, I just started my IR training and I am using the sportys online video course. I like them so far, but every single landing they show is below glideslope! Its like 4 red lights, or red over red in every landing. It is a bit infuriating. Anyone else have experience with these videos? Besides that issue are they a good learning source?

Are you sure it just doesn't look funny because of how shallow a GS approach is compared to a VFR pattern?

Pre-takeoff checklist
Are they still ON vertical LNAV or ILS glideslope but off the visual VASI? Or were they low on the glideslope as well?
Glideslope should be much more accurate as there is less tolerance with the visual slope indicators.
Maybe another explanation is that the airport they were flying at has an offset precision approach that is different than the visual slope indicators (not at the 1000 footers).

As others have said, often the VGSI and ILS glide path are not coincident. For an example, see the ILS 28C into KORD in the bottom-right of the profile view: "VGSI and ILS glidepath not coincident (VGSI Angle 3.00/TCH 80)".
