I know it's not baseball season in most of the world, but the season just ended here. Attached is a proud papa pic my oldest son took of my youngest son's last game. Too bad the kids' dad made a bad decision while coaching third base and ran someone into a season ending out with three great hitters coming up.

This runner beat it out. But I like Parker's stretch at 1st.

The mistake I made was this: Last inning, we were down by 2. Two outs and a guy on first. My kid was up and singled to center. Instead of holding the lead runner at second, I waved him to third, and he was gunned down. I was hoping to get Ryan to third and Parker to second, so a single could tie the game. It was a bad call on my part, as the ball was hit very hard and it didn't take all that great a throw to nail my guy. Coming up: our #4 hitter hitting .714, then a guy hitting .667, then a guy hitting .512.
