That's cool. I watched without audio. Was the glider riding and getting some lift off the plane's slipstream?

no, it was connected, being towed by the Extra 300. with a rope. Tethered formation aerobatics!

Thanks for that! Great stuff! Reminds me of the classic aviation tale of 2 guys in a bar bragging about their flying accomplishments and ending up the next day saying "that's ok you go ahead and do the landing, no after you I insist," etc. Both of course are only student pilots they eventually have to admit.
