While I have the Bo apart to install the shoulder harnesses, I'm thinking about doing some of the soundproofing in the airplane. Anyone have experience with their products? I could buy another noise cancelling headset for the price of the kit.

How thick are your windows and windshield? AFaIK much of the engine/prop noise enters there unless you have the really thick plexiglass. Both the Bonanza I had and the Baron I have came with fairly good sound deadener on the cabin skins. SoundEx no doubt works better, but probably not by much.

I've pretty much decided to kill that idea. I realized that the ANR headsets do the job just fine. I know I've got the thicker speedslope window, but I'm not sure about the sides.
