Not necessarily. But wrong, lower weights causing rotation at a too low speed. Those long 737s don't have that much tail clearance in the first place.

I guess having Willy Nelson dragging is behind on the runway isn't a good thing. Hopefully, these airframes won't suffer the JAL123 syndrome.
