Software - Airplane Design

Does anyone know of software that I could use to enter all my planes info into then change items and run flights.....well u get the idea.....

X-Plane would probably be your best option at the consumer level.

I used MS 2004 and an add on program to modify the data might have been air wrench. I have one of the fastest Vikings in the sky. Once I had the panel I wanted that's all I wanted to fly. So I have multiple planes set up for each type of mission. I am not sure how accurate it is though.
