Anybody have dealings with Softcomm with regards to repairing existing headsets? How are they to deal with? Is the turn around time decent?

I sent in a pair of 10 year old headsets to repair. They called me and said they could repair them for $75 or send me a new upgraded set for about $90. I received the new set very quickly and found them very pleasant to work with.
