I was diagnosed with social anxiety 2 years ago and prescribed Prozac but I decided to not go on it/never used it and never went to that psychiatrist ever again. I want to apply for a first class medical. To my understanding do I need to file for an SI first class because of this? And is this going to entail having to go back to that psychiatrist and explain that I’m perfectly fine now to get a note? Thank you so much.

It depends on a current state evaluation because, "somebody with a license thought this person had a "social anxiety disorder in need of medication".

Go back to the psychiatrist- his record wil be demanded anyway, and get the "It's resolved" exam.
