Line Up and Wait
Just looking online for a site that covers flying stuff. I checked flyingmag and plane and pilot, I googled pilot blogs and there just isn't a whole lot of content, and what is there is kind of like reading a press release. Tons of blogs with 1 post a year from mostly airline guys.
I hate to use the word but is there any kind of flying "lifestyle" content out there? A little more hanger talk and casual flying content, with less of "The 2016 sr22 Cirrus powered parachute will use the garmin g1001 updated with bold new color options" type writing that the mags seem to have.
Flying is such an interesting job and hobby where each day we fly we get views and experiences that millions dream of doing just once. Am I doomed to scroll through forums looking for cool content or is there a hidden gem of a site( that actually post content more than once week/month) out there?
