- - - - can't stop to visit; off to Vinalhaven Island for the day. I know at least one of the forum has been there. I haven't been there in many years. The ferry, probably the Governor Muskie, leaves Rockland; cruises for just over an hour. Vinalhaven granite is found in many of the great and historic buildings in the United States.
