My very first flight after completing my IFR certification was out of Vegas (KVGT) and oddly enough during a show shower. That was back in 98, but the snow was a very light snow and nothing compared to what Vegas has today. I just thought it was ironic. It was, hoowever, solid IFR though from Vegas to Phoenix on that Sunday morning when flying out to watch an NFL football game.
 
Its Global Climate Change. Man causes it to get hotter and man causes it to get colder. Either way we need a tax on industry that will go to third world countries to plant trees to consume the evil CO2. We also need a cap and trade program that limits these CO2 emissions and limit the growth of industry and increase the costs of doing business. Once we destroy the economy even further, reducing our living standards to that of a third world country then CO2 emissions will lessen. The third world countries will still be poor, but so will we, therefore Economic Justice will be done.

We got the weather strip in the tower for a ground stop into Vegas the day before yesterday and the text was "snow....yes snow"...
