Well, snake. A Quantas flight bound for Japan was grounded in Australia due to the discovery of a Mandarin Rat snake. Story.

You're not kidding, invasive species are pandemic, look at Zebra Muscles. Yeah, the diving in the Great Lakes has improved, but for the cost of infrastructure maintenance you could send all those divers to the Keys a couple times a year.
