Smiley list changes

I can't tell you exactly how it's different, but twice today I got a truncated smiiey list. is missing just now and was gone earlier.

I thought it was when I started with quick reply then clicked [advanced] but this message didn't start that way.

I'd add another dunno here but it's not there!

FYI. I just edited this message with [Go Advanced] and is there!

I see it changing around in order on the regular page and at times some are missing so I have to go to the "More" function to get the one I want.

It's just a matter of poor service from the board and MC we aren't paying anything to.

I just took it as some fluke as how the software operates. It would be nice if it were standard. The biggest pain is them switching places on me. "Where did it go?!?!?" It's like a cruel joke.

I see them move around all the time. Have never figured out exactly why though.
