I'm wondering if anyone here has tried drawing pictures/words using their flight path. i've seen various examples, including dildos, airplane outlines, and phrases, so i'm wondering if people have figured out the easiest way to draw these patterns on their EFB.

i've attempted loading a picture into Google EArth, but it seems that while you can create lots of waypoints, the actual path still has to be created within FF. For my first attempt tomorrow, i pasted a picture onto my ipad and traced the waypoints to complete the picture, but it's a pretty tedious method. Is there an easier way?

ForeFlight has the ability to do a scribble on the maps page

1) using the scribble, draw your art work

2) using your art, use it to create a set of user way points.

3) with the flight plan editor, create your flight path using your user way points.

4) if you are lucky enough to have a connected panel (say with the Garmin FlightStream and a Garmin navigator) download the flight plan into the navigator so the auto pilot sees it.

5) fly your way into 15-microseconds of Internet fame.
