The performance optimizer has run and suggests we need to move to a more powerful compute platform within AWS. I will have to take the site down for a few minutes at noon today to accomplish this.

OK, the board is back up. I've made some database tuning tweaks and I've bumped up the bursting to unlimited. I wanted to move to a larger AWS instance, but unfortunately, that was not quite as straightforward as I was led to believe. I'll work on that and try again later.
