Single instance of motion sickness

Spent a few hours Sunday throwing up on a fishing charter before the captain handed me a Dramamine. I was so miserable I took it without considering the ramifications. I'm a CFI with a first class. Have been boating and flying for 4+ decades with zero issues. Is this reportable as "motion sickness requiring medication" and did I just toast my medical?

Did you by any chance inhale diesel exhaust fumes?

Happened to my wife when whale watching.

She did look a little green before we left the dock.

I wouldn't worry about it, they’re looking for people who have to take medication every time they get into a car, go out on a boat, take a flight, etc. If you have no issues flying / instructing and you don’t have further problems between now and your next Class 1, I wouldn’t even mention it on the 8500-7.
