Hi All,
Just wanted to introduce SilverLight Aviation and the aircraft we have in the LSA category. We have trikes, gyroplanes as well as an LSA airplane.

Apollo LSA is being brought back. There are 8 or so in the US and total of 86 flying around the world. It used to be with Apollo Aircraft of which I was a founding member. Due to sale of the company without design assignment for this model, that company was disbanded and the design went to SilverLight Aviation (us) that will continue to support and will be bringing assembly back.

The aircraft is one of the most reasonably priced LSA airplanes. Its been made 4 inches wider and 4 inches longer and 1.5 inches taller for a roomier cabin.

Please feel free to check our website

and feel free to send questions in to info@silverlightaviation.com

We also have some of the best trike (WSC) and gyroplanes in the market.

Fly safe.

Yes for interested people we will supply amphibian floats. I am working on designing and load testing floats for Super Legend Cub. They should be done next month (ASTM water and ground loads compliance and First Article Inspection). I helped with certification of Legend Super Legend (cub) and I lead the project for compliance and passing FAA audit for Searey (Progressive Aerodyne) and I am consulting on some other amphibians that I can't talk about right now.

See story on page 17 of General Aviation News about SilverLight Aviation and me (Abid).

I also am just finishing the project to get Searey CAAC (Chinese CAA) Type Certificate. It will be the first American LSA to get it. It should happen in December 2014.
So I have quite an experience with amphibian aircraft certification and loads and production at this point.
The Cub floats are similar in shape to Boumann certified floats except very different as they use composite technology. Probably will use that for our plane as well.
So definitely amphibian option will be available if customers show interest.
