When I try to sign to POA on my smart phone the site says incorrect password . So I reset my password using my smart phone yesterday and was able to enter site . But now today I am back to the same thing will not let me sign in ???

My guess is you keep fat fingering the password. I hate using my phone for that reason. The touch screens suck butt.

Im also going to guess operator error. I use POA on my phone 90% of the time and never have trouble.

Type in your password in a text message draft so you can see what you are actually typing, then copypasta the password to the input field.

Which phone? The iThings have several types of apostrophes and using the wrong one will fail your log-in. If you don’t use special characters, never mind.

I went back to my phone and tried again . This time I used my email address instead of my user name and it allowed me to sign in . So all is Good !
