SI Re-Exam. What to expect?

So my SI is under HIMS and I have to see my AME every 6 months for him to re-issue me. Does that mean I will have to fill out medexpress again? Or will I need to submit any medical records directly to him?

If the AME visit is for the purposes of renewing a certificate that is about to or has expired, yes, you need to complete a fresh application.
 
Yes, new Med express every 6 months.
