Shoddy Pre-buy inspection, where to complain?

That's why I don't hire anyone to do a prebuy on the airplanes I buy. Remember one man's junk is another man's treasure.
Everyone has different opinions.
My local mechanic will not do a prebuy for anyone because if one little issue is found or if the buyer has to spend a penny he has to hear about it.

well that's the difference between and annual inspection and a pre-buy. Things that might not be listed in an annual (don't affect air-worthiness) might be listed on a pre-buy. All parties need to understand that. If your mechanic doesn't make that clear, I can see why he avoids them.
