I'm planning on shipping some extra bags since we'll have a full plane over the New Years weekend. Anyone have any tips for getting your bags at a certain time? (Besides paying for overnight...)

Are you shipping them to a Hotel? if so can you ship them early? Well if you can ship them early and they are going to a hotel call the hotel they will hold them for you.
Depending on where you are shipping them to UPS (ground) can give you a good estimate when they will arrive. They will also hold them for you but I am not sure how long.
