Shaw fuel cap p/n 431-9 parts needed

I'm looking for parts for the Shaw 431-9 fuel cap. Specifically the shaft or "axle", the spacer under the handle "bearing plate", the pin that connects the handle and shaft, and the handle. PM me or post if you know of a supplier. I would like new if possible.

This fuel cap was used on the Beech Musketeer series.
