Server 2012 firewall exclusion list

I have to move an application to a windows 2012 server. I need to adjust the windows firewall but I can't find where they hid the "exclusion" option. Can someone give me a hint? I think it is somewhere in "tools" in the control panel somewhere. I need to exclude a half dozen files.

It's in the control panel, windows firewall, advanced settings for individual ports vs turning it off altogether. It can also be accessed from the network and sharing center. (Rt click network icon in systray)

But I need to be able to exclude individual programs by name. I don't want to turn off the whole firewall. At least that's what the directions say.
