The Special Medical Guidance to examiners makes reference to protocols to be followed when assessing pilots for medical certification after seizure activity.
I’m interested in locating the clinical data behind these protocols,eg a single unprovoked seizure with no recurrence or medication can be reassessed in 4 years, with 2 years off medication, rather than the standard 10 year time period.
Can anyone point me in the right direction or provide a contact who could?
