Sectional chart airports

If you research an airport in the Chart Supplement it will indicate which Sectional the airport is on.

I was about to post the same thing, but I think the OP wants to do it the other way around - given a sectional, generate a list of airports.

I thought there was a database somewhere, but I can't find it.

@Matthew

Correct, I'm trying to get the list of airports on a sectional chart

Might try this tool:

https://www.faa.gov/airports/airport_safety/airportdata_5010/

I found a way to get an airport list by State, but not for the DC area.

For example, in the Central Region I can get a list of airports by state, but I can't find a comparable option in the DC area:

https://www.faa.gov/airports/central/about_airports/

This will tell by State (I'm in KS), but KS is covered by several sectionals.

Go here: Airport Facilities Data

That will download a tab-delimited file of all the airports in the US. Open it in Excel. Column AG, "ChartName", is the sectional that the airport appears on. Go to Data -> Filter, clear everything and choose the chart you're interested in, and presto - There's your list.

What happens when it's on mutiple charts?
