I bought BAS Harnesses for my front seats and moved my shoulder harnesses to the rear seats, but first sent the seatbelts and shoulder harnesses to Aviation Safety Products (aka aircraftseatbelts.com) for rewebbing. I gave them specific instructions as to how long I wanted each piece, hardware orientation, etc., and they rewebbed them the same day they received them and sent them back out to me the next day. The invoice had no surprises - final cost was as shown on their web page ($142/seat in my case).

Nice job by these folks. I highly recommend.
