Does anyone have any recommendations on seat cushions for long airline flights? Trying to prevent the urge to get up every 30 minutes and adding to grouchiness of long flights.

I dont want a seat cushion for a cessna/cherokee. I'm looking for something small and portable that I can take on an airliner.

If not the ring, go visit a local auto or boat upholstery shop and see if they can't fashion something for reasonable cost. I know my local guy would.

I realized that when I replied, that's why I threw in the blub about getting a thinner thickness (unless you just want to see everything in front of you and prevent the person behind you from doing so). The Noral is build like a brick outhouse and is very comfy, comes in various thicknesses and widths, with or without a back for multiple uses. If It'll work in my cherokee it'll work in a 777.

You can use the Or Aero cushions on an airliner (assuming you can get it past the TSA). My wife uses hers on all sorts of seats because it's much more comfortable than most.
