Here's a (pilot uses 3Ds !) Amphib LDG. Is this the one you're trying to post ?

Is this the Mallard making the riverine takeoff? This is a great (although sad) learning tool for the folks who think any takeoff is routine. Left outboard float contacts the water during a takeoff and the rest is all PIO. What a sad way to start your day.

Geez, now I'm not so sure if the story is true and why wouldn't it be, right? Anyway you slice it that is some really great video of an awful thing to do to an outherwise nice airplane.

Yes it is! We haven't had any snow in a couple weeks.

We where slightly above and Anc was slightly below, I think Last Year? Last Year! Hell I can't remember last month!
