Meh. If there's no law prohibiting it, it's his property, his rules.

You don't want to see stuff like that? Better move into a neighborhood with a HOA.

Indeed nice looking little cessna too.

Personally I'd take the wings off a put it inside, for the planes sake, not the busy body neighbors.
