I have a 2000 Piper Saratoga Turbo. It's in for maintenance and my A&P has discovered an issue with the flaps. They are electrically operated. The problem is when they are extended they reach the setting and cycle back a couple of degrees. Has anyone experienced this on a Piper?

Do you mean the motor reverses direction briefly or the flap has mechanical slop in the mechanism?
