What ever became of the passage of the Small Aircraft Revitalization Act?
Has any of it been implemented? What effect if any will it have on us peon pilots & mechanics.

FAA went on record late last year saying they would not be able to meet 2015 deadline and it would be at least 2017 before it was ready. In short, they flipped Congress the bird.
