Does make you wonder though if the Feds are going to get up in arms over how the rules allow someone to take a kit like the RV-6 and make such a mess of it.

The feds don't care much about experimental crashes, thankfully. Without the freedom to cobble together crap airplanes you don't have the freedom for well built RVs and such to exist. Can't have one without the other. Besides we are all grown azz men making our own decisions.

I certainly never will forget it. I lost my husband of 27 years. The father of our five children. I want to find out what really happened. I want to find out why this RV-6 wasn't an Rv-6.

You should also recognize that the RV6 was a "______(builder)-RV6" in the Federal registry. Each one is different.
