They addressed that in the FB post where I saw it listed. They're going to draw the winner as soon as all 2500 tickets are sold, but the raffle software requires and end date so they picked at a far off date just to satisfy the requirement. They're saying they're currently selling about 25 tickets/day and anticipate drawing the winner in the spring.
