RV-8 down at Y19 (Mandan)

Today was a good day for ground school. With the gusts the way they were, a 150 could have gone airborne with a GS of 3 kts.
 
Near the time of the accident, ‘afternoon’, winds seem to be up to 24 kts, within 20 degrees of runway 13, certainly doable.
