Which is why I scratchy my head in wonder at the folks who proclaim "Flying is hard" it ain't hard. If I can figure it out in 2 weekends, it ain't that friggin hard.

Sugar beets must be what the kids call it nowadays. Hauling produce in a C 150 is suspicious doing it at night off a public road sure suggests those were some fine sugar beets.
