Better yet, if you are the pilot AND the pax, does Part 135 apply? Because it's a jet, do you need a type rating?

I want to see an A+P do any scheduled Part 41 MX on that airframe... He had better be an MD... Maybe the MD needs to become an A+P?

Does a flight physical qualify as an annual inspection?
