RNAV LPV glideslope capture with Autopilot

Expired NAV data doesn’t affect our autopilot (Helisas). We do them all the time (VFR) with a 530W expired data base and the glide slope works fine.
 
I don't know about your AP issues, but take care flying "LNAV+V" approaches coupled beyond the MDA, as you could encounter terrain. And, for any LNAV approach, including those for which Garmin provides advisory vertical guidance (LNAV+V), you are required to independently verify proper altitude at stepdown fixes.
