Very sad indeed. He was an icon of the wrestling community.

Met him once in the context of professionalism. He was a jerk, but he knew his stuff. Refused to work with us because he didn't think he should have to at his point in his career. He showed up in TNA about 4 weeks later, and then I never saw him again.

Seeing him in person makes me say that a heart attack doesn't sound too unreasonable a suspicion to make, especially seeing the size of his guns.

I'm not, and never have been, into the ludicrous spectacle that is professional wrestling. That being said, they guy certainly made a name for himself and entertained millions. That's gotta count for something.
