RIP Lee K. Elliott

My friend of many years made me laugh, made many of you laugh, and was enjoyed by the parents of many of you. Today he is sad, having lost his love and lovely bride of 59 years, she nearly a Miss New York. Bob may not find cheer during this time, but I'm sure that he would be appreciative of any kind words of support, as would their son, actor Chris Elliott and Bob and Lee's granddaughter, also actress.

Sorry for your loss.

I woke up this morning to a post on a friend's FaceBook page that he had passed away and that a family member was posting so everyone would know and the page would remain up for now for folks to comment.

Strange new world way of finding out someone died.

Will do. I also received a note from Bob that year. He was happy to hear from someone with a "memory long enough to remember 'Bob and Ray'." Sorry to hear of his sad news today.
