RIP Greg Poe...

Just found out some sad news that aerobatic pilot Greg Poe passed away of a heart attack today. Interestingly enough I flew with a student on Friday who possibly had an opportunity to be working for him in the future.

He came and spoke with all of us in training last May at Pinnacle's HQ in Memphis. Very nice, outgoing, and energetic man. I didn't have the opportunity to go to the airshow he was participating in, but we watched a video of his and it was impressive.

It's been a very hard year for the air show Field.
