Good morning,
Has anyone here worked with Dr. John Culpepper in Nayarit, Mexico?
From what I can tell, he is listed as both a Senior AME and a HIMS AME.
A prospective applicant has a remote history involving a DUI-related matter and a short period of SSRI use more than a decade ago. Would those circumstances generally warrant consulting a HIMS AME from the outset?
The individual has not previously held any FAA certificates and has not yet started the medical certification process.
Any feedback regarding Dr. Culpepper or similar cases would be appreciated.
