Reputation....

I read the stickied message about how the reputation system works, but there was something I didn't see mentioned. I see red and gree boxes in it, but what does the black box mean?

In my reputation I have a comment that says something like "That's great!" but it has a black reputation box next to it....

It means the person can't give reputation yet... it's basically a "null vote"
