What kind of dizziness does this include? I recently started a low dose of lisinopril, because while my BP is typically under the stage 1 limit, I have a massive case of white coat syndrome (yes, I realize this is actual hypertension) along with some current logistical stressors (deployed spouse) and cannot consistently stay under the FAA limit during exams. I've been dizzy a few times upon standing up in the few first days. Is this reportable? It seems unfair to have to ground test antihypertensives AND get dinged for their side effects. What would the FAA require here?

Perhaps the dosage of lisinopril is too high? Contact the prescribing physician.
If you have adjusted to the medication, and no longer get the "dizzys" on standing up. It is most likely not reportable.

I got the "lisinopril cough" and changed meds.
